Description: Officially recorded easement boundaries of all sorts of utility and non utility records. Most of the easements in this feature class are owned by City of Lakeland, but some are owned by others as indicated in the OwnedBy feature attribute. This usually occurs when other easements cross or interact with City of Lakeland easements or other interests. All easements shown have a recorded document associated with them and is referenced in the label on the map along with the notes column in the feature class. The notes attribute may have further information and cross reference with other documents related to the easement. Documents can be found at the Polk County Clerk of Courts web site (www.polkcountyclerk.net) under official records. They may also be found on the City of Lakeland OnBase database.
